Geronimo acquired Tapit in 2017.I consulted and built up the internal team skills around Tapit before handing over. Also completed some key NFC deals for Geronimo including Telstra, JCDecaux, KFC and Woolworths.

Tapit was an IoT platform company for marketers, our vision was to enable millions of objects so they become interactive with peoples mobile phones. We founded Tapit to bypass search and thumb typing making getting information and content to your phone easy. We then added the ability to simply purchase things off physical objects. No credit card required, no app required. Tapit enables the physical environment with NFC technology so all you had to do is tap your phone on things to get information, offers or other content or to buy things. Tapit's HQ was in Sydney with operations in New York, Toronto, London, Sweden, Japan, UAE, Taiwan, France and China. We counted some of the biggest brands in the world as our clients. Tapit had over 14 world firsts in IoT marketing.Tapit sold to Geronimo in 2017
