Responsible for creating distribution to existing software clients for newly launched brokerage services that created $7M of new revenue in 18 month timeframe. Additionally, exceeded software sales targets by 33% in 2009. Responsible for Sales, client services, account management and professional services functions.

Recruited to run client operations for $70M business unit to turnaround 10% top line declining business. In the first year stemmed attrition, improved margins and created reference clients that did not exist prior. Responsible for running 50 person level 1 support, account management, and professional services team.

Responsible for business development for newly created capital markets consulting practice. Created service offerings and prospected new clients in the trading, investment management and BPO areas leading to the signing of two new clients in first 6 months generating $1M+ in revenue.
