Sööma is a nutrition practice that specializes in eating disorder recovery, the treatment of disordered eating and sports nutrition. We serve the Montreal area both virtually and in-person, as well as clients virtually in the United States. Our compassionate treatment team practices with therapeutic modalities and principles of both Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating.

Remix Snacks is a start-up company that changes the way people eat dark chocolate with the values of nutrition and environmental sustainability in mind.
