Revenue Executive working with various departments to highlight issues with individual bookings. Finding ways to best support the companies’ forecasted revenue. Responsible for the Worldwide region (Middle east, Indian Ocean, Far East and Africa), Duties Include; • Run a report analysing bookings from the previous day to highlight any low margin bookings or high margin bookings and investigate if any further action is needed• Update any highlighted hotels special offers to ensure they are up to date in line with advertising standards• Liaise with Marketing during marketing campaigns and prepare price points• Analyse weekly review of competitive price position and highlighting actions needed in relation to Virgin Strategy. • Run Reports of Flight and Hotel availability and liaise with purchasing to meet demand forecasting.• Investigation of booking issues, highlighting any margin concerns in preparation for Revenue reporting.• Assist with the marking up of properties and flights.
