Business Planning and Strategy: We work with startups to “get the model right” early on, and to develop the foundation for rapid growth. Investor Materials Development: This involves taking the work done in the first category and effectively communicating it to partners, investors, etc…mainly, this means developing written documents such as the business plan, the exec summary, the financial model, and the PowerPoint. Capital Sourcing and Strategy: For about a quarter of our clients, we take an active role in the capital raise process. From a high-level view, this means: determining what type and how much capital to raise, finding the right investors, formulating a strategy for approaching them, making warm introductions and referrals, and moving it all along to consummate the transaction.

Designed and implemented Quiznos opening marketing campaign; after six days the store ranked fourth in sales amongst the 3,300 stores in the chain. Independently marketed and sold restaurant in Nov. 2005.
