I am based out of PHE’s Hawaii office where I work as an environmental planner and graphics/SharePoint developer. I have over eleven years of experience in the environmental field. Projects have included development of EMS documents and a complex EMS database application; development of WWTP pretreatment program local limits and implementation and planning of wastewater source control pretreatment program activities, including inspections and industrial wastewater surveys, outreach, and creation and maintenance of associated data management systems; development of a drinking water management action plan and drinking water sampling plans for various overseas military installations; managing and coordinating NPDES storm water compliance projects; writing and providing technical review of stormwater management plans, SPCC, and other environmental documents; communicating environmental information through brochures and posters; and NEPA public outreach and document management. I also have extensive experience performing stormwater, air, and multimedia environmental compliance audits and assessments for a variety of sites including military installations, hospitals, municipal corporation yards, construction sites, HOA, and private commercial and industrial sites such as gas stations and chemical manufacturers. Many of the projects listed above have required me to provide training for clients and various audiences.
