Promoted hope and healing for those harmed by sexual violence through education of sexual assault statistics, assertiveness training, and physical defense techniques to create social change to end sexual violence. Chimera® is a self-defense program which emphasizes avoidance and teaches awareness, assertiveness and physical protection skills.

Educated and supported families on making healthy lifestyle choices to reduce obesity.

Worked with men convicted of sexual offenses to reduce recidivism and live a life of self-control. Assessed risk, taught strategies to stop abusive behavior, and develop strengths.

Managed grant funded psychological research projects, coordinated daily lab operations, hired employees, interns and student volunteers.
