- 1st point of contact for settlement disputes and market rules and regulation queries.
- Meeting the demands of our Premium, MSA and B2B account holders to provide consummate support with reference to payments, settlements and Excel/ CSV reporting.
- Provide support for our API users, Software Vendors and Affiliates Team via the Betfair Developer Program including internal App Key management and API stability issues.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Tableau, ServiceNow, OpenBet.
- Hosting clients at social and sporting events such as Ascot, Haydock and Old Trafford.
