Responsible for strategically marketing Sunrise MarketPlace Business Improvement District consisting of approximately 400 businesses and 80 property owners. Responsibilities included marketing the destination and building equity in the brand through advertising, events, social media, and other programs. This included the activation of the Sacramento Capitals World Team Tennis Events and Summer Concert Series.

El Dorado Hills

Directed the Marketing for the El Dorado Hills Town Center, a destination shopping center located in the foothills of California. Responsible for developing and implementing a destination oriented marketing program to increase visits to the center through advertising, events, and tenant programming. The regional events included an annual fireworks event, art & wine affaire, farmers market and 13 week summer concert series.

Alameda, Ca

Managed marketing and promotional programs for ±540,000 SF Lifestyle/Community Shopping Center. I developed and activated several annual events at the destination, including Tree Lighting, Santa Photos and Summer Concert Series. I created a social network presence and worked with a team to develop a new website for the shopping center. I also supported current tenants to create strategies and activations to drive sales including a co-op advertising program and other special promotions.
