The group's key operations are located in central Europe, Russia, the Americas and South Africa and now in the US after a recent investment with Mondi Bag USA, a $500 million multiwall industrial bag business with HQ in Atlanta.Role: lead financial and performance reporting, business planning, restructuring modeling, pricing strategy and capacity analysis for a $250 million, 6 plant region. Also led significant business process improvement efforts and directly supervised plant controllers. Part of a team that converted from a legacy ERP system to SAP. Results: Met key first year goals of asset optimization and plant restructuring resulting in turn-around in profitability going-forward.
