I worked as a Manager at Gray Gray & Gray. In my audit function, I worked in the Manufacturing & Distribution, Architecture and Engineers and Construction Industries. I also worked on specialty audits; 401k plan audits required by the Department of Labor as well as Overhead Rate audits required by the Department of Transportation in compliance with YellowBook Standards and AASHTO. I was also a part of the Mergers & Acquisition Team. We provided a full range of buy side and sell side advisory, accounting and tax services. Some of these services were; Quality of Earnings Report, Deal Structuring, Entity Selection, Working Capital Analysis, etc. During my time at Gray Gray & Gray, I also worked closely with the Partners on the training, evaluation and technology committees. I worked closely with staff of all levels to train them on everything from auditing to soft skills training. I served as a member and advocate for the Woman's Group.

As well as an active participant in the firm’s mentoring program• Provide business advisory letters to help clients enhance their internal control processes, operations, and overall profit and growth strategy
