From a young age I have always been fascinated with computers and how they are central to almost everything we do today. As Technical Director at Flex IT, I look after the technical aspects of our clients and our internal operations. Proposing, building, and managing projects and supplying a backbone to the support team, maintaining and developing our clients IT infrastructure to enable their business to thrive. Having worked in both internal and external support roles for a range of business sizes, from a company with 2 systems to a global company with 100 times that I understand the key role the IT department and how important the people side of IT really is, being that friendly trusted face.
