I am a bright, confident and enthusiastic person with a passion for driving value from data.Throughout both my educational and working life I’ve developed a hunger for understanding and interpreting complex problems, which handily also feeds a love of storytelling and presenting. I am yet to find a more interesting context to discuss than data, or a better problem to solve than data management. Part of the investigation involved project managing teams based across the UK, India and the US whilst they simultaneously executed test cases and monitoring scripts over a 3 week period.Chairing the monthly Supplier Operations Executive Governance Forum with Head of Function & Director level attendance. This required negotiation with Batch Services Senior Management Team (SMT) to agree the production and delivery dates of MI data and articulate a new BAU process.Designed and implemented the Batch Services Dashboard – a simple and centralised repository for MI - which provides SMT with a unified view of the team and clear metrics to facilitate better decision making. The entire dashboard was built on Microsoft Excel providing a familiar and simple platform for users.Worked collaboratively across multiple UK locations to support delivery of the Batch Services Transformation Plan, aimed at increasing colleague engagement within the team. This experience has made me understand the value of strong colleague engagement; something I have carried through all my remaining placements and continues to be a passion I bring to the table.*Other Achievements during the IT Graduate Leadership Programme* (Sep '13 - Mar '15)Raising over £17,000 for The Alzheimer's Society with other graduates from across the business, organising multiple charitable events throughout our first 12 months with LBG. Our headline event, a Devils Kitchen corporate event for local Branch staff, raised just over £5,000.Collaborating with the Chief Data Office to organise the 2015 Group Data Summit and support the event on the day.
