Advocate for services and build partnerships to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensure consistency in care by overseeing 42 cross-functional team members (Risk Assessment Unit, Transition Unit, Consumer Services Coordinators, Community Placement Plan Unit, a registered nurse, and a BCBA consultant). Enhance consumer experience and workflow by coordinating the appropriateness and timely approval of service purchases and aiding individuals and their families.Selected Contributions: Promote quality assurance measures by leading monthly unit meetings to ensure consistent performance management, training, and development. Foster an environment of accuracy and appropriateness by drafting/reviewing/submitting documents such as the CPP Board Report for Executive Director and the annual CRDF plan.

Ensured quality service by facilitating the timely approval of service purchases, aiding individuals/families, and supporting the clinical team by organizing meetings with external providers.
