Jamie Flinchbaugh is an accomplished Entrepreneur, Senior Executive, Consultant, and Board Member with 30 years of learning-oriented experience spanning a range of roles across exceptionally diverse industries and functions. Through Old Dutch Group, Jamie invests in organizations ranging from traditional manufacturing to startups and real estate. He recently served 3 years as the Corporate Vice President (part-time) of Qorvo’s Lean Journey.During his 15 years as Co-Founder of the Lean Learning Center, Jamie built the organization to become one of the premium providers of lean transformation and advisory services, with their educational programs earning the highest marks. In 2006, he co-authored the lean bestseller, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Lean: Lessons from the Road, and he has worked with over 300 clients spanning manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, technology, government, and professional services, including Harley-Davidson, Intel, Mars, Amazon, Crayola, Fidelity, Whirlpool, among others.Over the last 20+ years, Jamie has helped build nearly 20 companies as a co-founder, board member, advisor, or angel investor, including co-founding the Lehigh Valley Angel Investors and acting as the initial Investment Chair. Jamie is a board member of Robinson Fans, and is a former board member of York Container Company, Orion Fleet Intelligence, S&S Cycle, PA Rush Soccer, and previously chaired the Board of Advisors for the Pawley Lean Institute at Oakland University. Jamie has been a Contributing Editor for IndustryWeek and columnist for Assembly Magazine. He currently resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife and 3 children.
