Life is unpredictable. How well we navigate it often boils down to attitude. As a natural pessimist, I can relate to many people who feel the same, and who live life full of struggle caused by pessimistic thinking. Been there, done that. When you are ready to make a change in your personal life or want to help your business or organisation to develop more resilience, attract better sales professionals and better team members, reach out because I am able to help you and your team achieve superior performance while getting more joy from life.My life has become much better since I completely transformed my own mindset in the 1990’s while studying Professor Martin Seligman’s research into the Science of Optimism, and qualifying as a facilitator of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in business performance with Essi Systems in the US. This led on to my successful introduction of the Science of Optimism to major New Zealand and international corporates, sport professionals, and those attending university. Many refer to me as a thought leader and expert in behavioural change, because I excel in turning around the thinking habits of others. I am fortunate to be part of a lifelong transformation of those who apply my expertise to both their personal and professional environments. Only 16% of the world's business and government elites, responding to the WEF's 2022 Global Risks Perception Survey, "feel positive and optimistic about the outlook for the world." That is a shocking result.Today I am mostly involved with the business sector mentoring and developing teams in the skills of growing an optimistic and resilient mindset. I am also getting more involved helping individuals and businesses to resolve the growing volume of workplace Mental Health challenges.I can also produce a hard-hitting and entertaining presentation that has immediate impact.
