Overseeing quantum theory at Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC). Specifically looking at quantum error correction and quantum algorithm development.

Responsible for OQC's compiler and runtime, QAT. https://github.com/oqc-community/qat In particular we focus on error mitigation, error correction and hybrid run-times. Our goal is to get the most of out of current hardware, build for the future and enable heterogeneous computing workflows.I also work closely with our commercial team across technical & commercial strategy, fundraising, technical partnerships and commercial relationships.

Python developer.Responsible for building software solutions that will help build a quantum future. I am part of the compiler team, building a bespoke quantum compiler that will allow groundbreaking problems to be solved on OQC's hardware. Areas of particular interest are error mitigation, quantum error correction and hybrid run-times. I am also part of the partnerships team as a technical advisor. In this role I help bring together technical partners across the quantum and classical computing space. Building partnerships and technical solutions that maximise the potential of quantum computing.Further, I work with our users to get the most out of OQC's hardware and software offering.
