I am an Offshore Well-Construction Fluids Specialist, currently working in Norway (work permit in place) who is open to new opportunities to diversify my experience in the industry. Having worked offshore for many years now I am seeking new challenges in order to advance my career and to expand my horizons. I would be interested in moving into Operations Management or Technical Sales/Business Development type roles. I am highly experienced in cementing, fluid pumping, down hole tools and drilling fluids. I seek to gain as much exposure to different situations and knowledge as is possible throughout my professional career in this ever changing industry.I have accrued extensive experience in my time in the Oil and Gas sector, I aim to build on these skills in order to enhance my prospects, progressing professionally and personally. Supporting team members whilst working through challenging situations is something I thoroughly enjoy, while also achieving results working independently. During my employment, I have proven that I have the ability to be organised and focused whilst coping under the pressure of external demands. My thought process is methodical and I have a practical approach to problem solving, with the desire and drive to see even the smallest of projects through to completion. I am a reliable, tenacious individual who is interested in all aspects of the oilfield environment and the endless possibilities that this career path can provide. I have been lucky enough to work worldwide on a number of high profile wells including HPHT and rig-less abandonments, where I was responsible for survey, rig up and delivery of these projects. I have worked on rig sites varying from land rigs to ultra deep-water drill ships, with customers such as Chevron, BP, Conoco Phillips and Equinor.
