About Jamie Giani

I am a committed public servant with over a decade of experience working for the federal government as an attorney in various capacities. I am an award-winning litigator, recognized by the ABA for my exceptional service in representing death-sentenced clients as a capital habeas attorney. I honed my legal research and writing skills over six years clerking for federal district judges. And as a federal court-unit executive, I oversaw all court functions, including HR, IT, finance (procurement, budget, and audit), case filing and management, and records management, while managing a multi-million dollar budget and a staff of around 30 people across 5 divisional locations. I supported 6-7 federal judges in ensuring efficient and effective case processing and advised on law, policy, and procedure. But being an attorney is only a small part of who I am. I fill my time outside of my "day job" with family and other interests.I am a type-A introvert who loves to speak or present to groups on topics I'm passionate about. Those topics include grief and mental health awareness, personal growth and development, process improvement, customer engagement, and federal law and case management process and procedure. Although I'm naturally analytical, I've also always been a performer at heart. I've taken my love of reading, combined with my flair for the dramatic, and entered the world of audiobook narration and voiceover work. ⭐️ VALUES — Empathy, Integrity, Humility, Humor, Adaptability, Transparency⭐️ CLIFTON STRENGTHS — Responsibility, Competition, Relator, Analytical, Strategic❤️ Advocate for awareness of sepsis and myocarditis❤️ Griever who believes in mental health transparency❤️ Household co-founder and CEO of the Giani family (with Patricio Giani); mom to three amazing kids: ☝️Nora (assistant manager and all around awesome kid), ✌️Millie (who died suddenly of viral sepsis and myocarditis one month after her 5th birthday, still so very loved and missed beyond measure), and ☘️Gio (sweet little guy born during COVID with a rare lung disease!)Enough about me! I’d love to hear about YOU. Reach out to connect.
