I am an experienced senior solicitor providing commercial and sensible legal advice on corporate, commercial and banking matters.I advise local, regional and national clients on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, asset and share transactions, corporate restructuring, corporate refinancing, banking, shareholder/LLP agreements and commercial contracts.I work on a broad range of corporate transactions in all sectors, including in the manufacturing, transport and logistics, healthcare and pharmacy, and technology sectors. Recent transactions include: - Disposal of a large local business for in excess of £6m.- £27m refinance of a national care home group- Pharmacy transactions aggregating over £12m in value in the last 12 months.- Disposal of an international freight and distribution company for c. £5m- advising on large private equity exit for an undisclosed amount.My approach is to give clear, concise and commercial advice which clients can understand and is tailored to their needs.
