    During my time at HR go my title was branch administrator. My duties were to meet and greet clients upon entering the branch. I would have to greet the candidates, make sure they had all the relevant details. On a daily basis I would have to search the online systems scan trough CV's and make a judgement on what candidates should be put forward for which particular role. I would also have to answer them incoming phone calls being made to the branch take notes on what was discussed during… Show more During my time at HR go my title was branch administrator. On a daily basis I would have to search the online systems scan trough CV's and make a judgement on what candidates should be put forward for which particular role. I would also have to answer them incoming phone calls being made to the branch take notes on what was discussed during the call and then relay the information back to one of the consultants after a suitable call back time was arranged. Other duties included creating and amending company spread sheets and documents. Some days I would assist one of the consultants in taking the candidates on site and giving then their inductions to work and showing them around the work place. These were called onsite inductions. I would also have to open and sort all the postage the branch received and sort it into the relevant files this was very important as putting the post in the wrong place could result in candidates missing their start date.
