After more than 20 years as a Leadership Solutions Facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership's Colorado Springs Campus, Jamie is currently the President of Gurley Consulting. After 20 years away, he is also excited to be working again as a consultant for Action for Results.As the most experienced Lead Facilitator of the Center for Creative Leadership’s highly acclaimed Leadership at the Peak Program, Jamie delivered over 100 LAP programs in Colorado Springs, Switzerland, and Singapore. He worked with thousands of C-level executives, high-potentials, and executive teams, facilitating over 500 custom leadership programs for global clients on six continents. While at CCL, Jamie completed an ex-pat assignment in Singapore, which included launching the Leadership at the Peak program in ASIA and working closely with CCL's many APAC clients where he used his excellent design, facilitation, and client relationship skills. He recently co-led a 3-year cultural transformation initiative with the WK Kellogg Foundation, facilitating sessions with the executive team and directors throughout the engagement. When WKKF re-organized into cross-functional networked teams, Jamie facilitated team development sessions with all newly formed teams. This successful transformation involved more than 30 face to face team engagements. He co-led similar 13-year organization initiatives with Catholic Health Partners and Mars, Inc. Jamie began his career in sales and marketing and was the leader of the Shrinkfast Division of Gloucester Engineering (Battenfeld), where he created and launched the process of shrink-wrapping boats, turning it into a very successful business.
