RequirementsThis position is part of the Executive Management Team, and therefore it is a requirement that the incumbent represents My Credit Union at all levels; acts in a professional manner at all times; undertakes on-going personal development in order to meet the ‘fit and proper’ requirements under ASIC and APRA guidelines; maintains a watching brief on legislative or regulatory changes that affect MY CREDIT UNION; maintains the skills required to perform the duties associated with the position as the environment changes; ensures that the staff reporting to this position are fully trained and competent to perform their duties; and, assumes responsibility outside the scope of this position when required or the need arises out of unforeseen circumstances.
