As a Program Manager, I am responsible for analyzing, strategically defining, and operating large program efforts. These programs generally run in the $10+MM range and span multiple years. Some of these programs were the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), Total 2020 (TASC Corporate Transformation), and multiple large scale acquisition efforts.

As the Corporate Director of Program and Planning at TASC, my effort involves working with Executive Leadership to ensure that programs and efforts are aligning and driving towards TASC's strategic goals. Working directly for the President of TASC, I act as a Chief of Staff to ensure alignment across operational leadership at TASC.

In my role as the Manager of Project Management, I am responsible for leading the Project Management Department within Business Development. At any time I have 5-7 direct reports ranging from Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Program Support staff. In my role as the NPD Manager, I pulled a team together to create, build, launch, and operate the TASC Affordable Care Act Product to meet the 2015 ACA Deadline for Business. As the NPD manager I worked with legal teams to create a product that met the ACA requirements, sales team get the product information to market, operations and HR teams to define the organizational layer, and the technical team to build out the supporting framework.

In my role as the Product manager of Payroll Products, I am responsible for the Strategic marketing, Profit and Loss, as well as the everyday sales support of TASC's payroll products.

During an acquisition being performed at TASC, I was asked to step into the role as the Director of The Payroll Center. In this role I was responsible for overseeing all business operations and sales. At that time. we served over 1,000 clients nationwide providing an array of payroll services for small businesses.

I managed a $600 Million dollar Credit Insurance Product line for CUNA Mutual Group. Within my position I was responsible for the "bottom line" and balancing all aspects of the business.

At CMG I run large IT projects. Currently I am working on the Collateral Products Relaunch due to be complete in December.

In this team I worked with peers to define the pain points of everyday life in the PMO. From these pain points we created a proposal to bring to the attention of upper management for ways to improve their areas. This team was a voluntary team and was above and beyond my normal work effort.Finance SWOT Analysis- This analysis came about when the realization that Corporate Finance had not been a part of the gating process nor had a member on the project steering committee for our company’s largest project. The project needed to understand what requirements existed from Corporate Finance and Internal Control, and if we could meet these requirements without having to file for a change control within the project.
