I work as an attorney at Crabapple Legal PC, where I provide legal advice and representation to businesses and entrepreneurs on various matters, such as contracts, compliance, growth strategies, funding, mergers and acquisitions and strategic analysis of legal departments. I also support the firm's business development and marketing efforts, and contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm. Prior to that, I was an attorney at King & Spalding, one of the leading law firms in the country, where I handled complex and high-profile cases involving corporate and commercial law. I have a JD from Duke University School of Law, and I am licensed to practice in several states. I am passionate about helping businesses thrive and succeed in the competitive and dynamic legal environment. I have strong skills in research, analysis, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving, and I am always eager to learn and improve my professional knowledge and practice.
