As a content designer, I use words, information architecture and content frameworks to craft clear user experiences. I love the challenge of bringing order to chaos and solving problems in methodical, yet creative ways. I’m an advocate for the people who use the products I work on, and I'm passionate about creating the most straightforward experience possible. I enjoy working on content puzzles to trim strings down to the most concise and precise words. I’ve led in-product terminology work as well as content-driven quality initiatives and sprints. I’ve created content standards, style guides, design playbooks, and new taxonomies. I’ve written everything from button labels to tooltips to long-form help center content. I’ve also managed a team of content designers and I loved helping my team find their voice, refine their work, advocate for themselves and navigate their career paths. I’m a people person and thrive on building strong, collaborative relationships. My ideal work environment recognizes the value of content design, prioritizes user research, metrics and iterative builds, and understands the benefits of open feedback and collaboration among creatives, product strategy and engineering.I currently work remotely from Bend, Oregon. 🌲💙
