As COO, responsible for service delivery and functional accountability for Client Success, Service Operations and Business Transformation. Board Member responsible for long term strategic plan, R&D roadmap prioritisation and commercial strategy & governance. As CEO Enterprise Technology (ET), accountable for operational delivery, strategy development & execution, sales & commercial, product roadmap and R&D development. A pioneering global eSource company providing patient-centric technology with a wrap of specialised and necessary services supporting biopharmaceutical industry focussing on electronic clinical outcome assessments (eCOA), electronic informed consent (eConsent) and internet of medical things (IoMT) for the collection of high-quality endpoint data in clinical trials. Responsibility: 8 Direct reports, 400 staff in 4 global offices. Service delivery of trial specific, patient centric, complex software solutions to support patients and sponsors for the capture of critical endpoint data, requiring global deployment of smart phones and consolidation & packaging of data for sponsor analysis. Functional accountability for Client Account Management, Client Services and Business Transformation. Development and implementation of Value Creation Plan. Lead company Employee Engagement and strategic workforce planning as largest stakeholder. Implement and oversee client facing and operational metrics and governance. Part of leadership team involved in company sale mandate, management presentations and due diligence.

Strategic Transformation | Cost Reduction | Operational ExcellenceDelivery of commercial aviation training products & services including flight simulators, aftermarket support and pilot training for Boeing and Airbus narrow and wide body aircraft.Responsibility: Based in The Netherlands, responsible for flight simulator manufacturing, supply chain, QHSE, program management and global aftermarket support.
