Global Application Strategy and Enterprise Architecture-coordinating global application footprint and aligning with business and IT strategies.North America Application Execution - lead multiple teams for supporting, updating, and developing mission critical IT applications.Data/BI Transformation Leader - migrating from legacy on premise Cognos Analytics to a full cloud BI solution with Snowflake as the Data Lake/Data Warehouse and Power BI as the presentation layer.Global Salesforce Leader - Manage Salesforce vendor relationship, partner with business to develop multi-year transformational roadmap, manage external and internal teams.

Responsible for all aspects of information technology strategy, architecture, processes, applications, information and systems. Provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that align with the business objectives of the organization.Centrally plan, coordinate, and direct all operation activities of the IT team.Provide direction and support for IT solutions based on business needs by working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify, recommend, govern, develop, implement, and support effective and cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of organization.Specific Responsibilities:• Provide technology strategy and vision and leadership for developing IT initiatives that improve cost effectiveness and business development• Develop a communication plan to let all stakeholders know progress on initiatives. Participate with other members of company's senior management team in developing strategic plans that optimize information technology in support of company objectives• Select, develop, and motivate qualified staff to effectively carry out department's functions. Direct the planning and continuous improvement of the IT staff, equipment, and procedures to maintain pace with technology changes• Establish an effective demand management process that aligns IT with the strategic direction of the business• Establish IT department goals, objectives, and operating procedures• Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures• Oversee and negotiation and administration of vendor, outsourced, and consultant contracts and service agreements• Provide oversight for large scale projects including system conversions, acquisition integration planning/execution, and software selection governance• Direct the maintenance and execution of enterprise-wide disaster recovery plan

• Worked with operations management and staff to gather requirements, identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.• Sourced, implemented, customized, and supported ERP system for subsidiary company.• Developed logistics analytical software and reports.• Developed production planning software• Lead role in ERP software selection and implementation – with a specific focus on supply chain.

Product was awarded one of Today’s Homeowner magazine’s Best New Products for 1995• Developed MS Access database for product engineering department use. A multi-user interface was developed with various security levels, an approval process routing system, and a completed project archival process• Technical support with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to meet specific customer demands.• Continuous improvement on design and manufacture of ladders and components to reduce cost and ease of manufacturability• Involved in the design, conceptualization, prototyping, improvement, and testing of ladder products (Project Management, Feasibility Studies, Production Planning, Prototyping, Product Testing, manufacturing material selection, etc.)
