Works in close collaboration with support staff, general education and special education staff, administration and parents to design and implement quality curriculum and functional instruction through individualized education plans for special needs students. Developed and implemented grade-level curriculum and lead classroom instruction in all subject areas, including social and emotional learning. Utilized direct instruction and learning centers to motivate and instill enthusiasm for learning while teaching up to 40 students per class.
