I have spent my career in Higher Education, facilitating students to achieve their dreams. Helping to plan, budget and execute initiatives from student organizations to large scale University campaigns. I love working with and interfacing with diverse groups of people. I enjoy public speaking, and all aspects of marketing communications. I also love to flex my creative muscles designing, planning and executing interactive campaigns.I enjoy creating and designing marketing, and communications campaigns along with strategic planning. I enjoy learning new things and understanding different opinions and ideas. I believe I have a very strong work ethic. I am driven to give my full self to my job each day. Hard work is one of my core values, along with having fun, keeping an open mind, learning, leading, as well as executing on tasks and projects. I am a highly motivated, self-starter who when left with ambiguity will take a step back, make a call and begin executing regardless of the realm of responsibility. When setting goals for myself or my team I ensure that these objectives are aligned with the larger strategy as a whole, time based, achievable and measurable. In my free time I am a fitness advocate, Peloton aficionado and Dog mom to "Karat" Diamond in the ruff!
