I received my license to practice law in Nevada in 1995 and in California in 1996. I initially clerked at the Nevada Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Charles Springer. My first private practice position was with the Hale Lane firm (Now Holland and Hart). I left Hale Lane to move back to northern Nevada with my fiance (now my wife) Phaedra. After a few years at a small firm in Carson City, in January of 2000, I started my own practice and have steadily built it into Kalicki Law Offices. I am proud to have 2 associate attorneys and 2 staff personnel working for me.Our goal is to provide the highest level of estate, business and tax counsel to our clients.Specialties: Estate and Tax Planning, Business Planning and Development, Probate and Trust Administration

My practice was much more diverse than at Hale Lane focusing primarily on litigation. I enjoyed my time working for both Fred Scarpello and Ron Alling, but finally left to start my own practice.
