Founding member of agency Sustainability and Wellness Committees; served as member of agency Insurance and Website Committees. Serving as executive committee member and Treasurer of the Wisconsin Association of Distance Education Networks (WADEN).

Completed the community needs assessment process, assisted in the development of an Early Learning Center, created an employment applicant system, aided in the organization and development of an economic self-sufficiency curriculum, forecasted the impact of welfare reform (W-2) per county, analyzed and presented the day care needs for children, researched grant sources and analyzed priority funding areas, developed grant proposal abstracts to meet grant focus, evaluated the current wage comparability study process, analyzed participant data per Head Start site, analyzed expansion opportunities, and reviewed performance appraisal process.
