I am a Chartered Construction Professional with over 30 years international experience both as a lead consultant and board member. It has been a privilege to provide strategic project delivery advice and services for flagship projects in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA.I spent an initial 10+ years in senior commercial roles within main contracting companies including AMEC, Kier and Leadbitter (now Bouygues). This was followed by a further 10+ years as a Client’s consultant, leading cost management teams on a wide range of visitor attraction, museum and exhibition projects. During the past decade it has been a pleasure to provide strategic consultancy advice to an international charity, leading cost management teams on large ($100m+) mixed-use developments.I feel that I have gained a reputation as an amiable, easy to work with, honest and trustworthy professional; providing clear and transparent advice. I am passionate about training and mentoring. I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
