Influencer MarketingI prepared a unique Christmas stocking giftpack for 4 influencers which convinced them to create posts that reached over 17,300 consumers and garnered 1,400 engagements. LeadershipI identified the need for greater collaboration between marketing/sales in opening up new accounts and convinced management to introduce shared KPIs to reflect the importance of synergy. My improvement to ways of working saw the Brand Ambassador team secure 15 new listings over two days by collaborating with the sales team.

Project ManagementI project managed Jameson's showcase bartender events in 2016 and 2017. Led a team of 3 and oversaw the projects from conception to execution. A total of 135 applied to compete in the competition, 330 bartenders attended the events and over 800 drinks were consumed. In addition, the events attracted significant media attention in $40,000 worth of write-ups. Creativity I devised a best practice mechanism that allowed the brand to simultaneously build bartender advocacy, drive sales and create a buzz on social media. The mechanic proved immensely successful as 4 trendy bars signed up to the initiative, 420 cocktails were sold, 43,000 consumers were reached online and earned media value totalled $40,000. Business DevelopmentI established a strong foothold for Jameson in Tokyo's hippest districts by listing the product in 200 accounts and fully developing 120 of those through menu placements, POS visibility, drink promotions and consumer events.Brand EducationI increased brand awareness in Tokyo among the the vital bartender demographic by mentoring 180 new bartenders in Irish whiskey, brand heritage and classic cocktails. NetworkingI cultivated a core community of the 30 most influential bartenders in Tokyo through disruptive craft workshops and bespoke seminars. These 30 bartenders have become shadow ambassadors for the brand and regularly recommend the product to their customers and post brand related content on social media.
