Experienced Professional with 15+ years of Human Resources, Staffing, Recruiting, Operations, Management, and Career Services experience. I am currently the Human Resources Director with Beloit Health System, where I lead the Human Resources Team, strategize and partner with leadership throughout the organization to support employee engagement and satisfaction, improve efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment, ensure compliance, and improve over HR operations and support to meet the diverse needs of the organization. Prior to assuming this position, I was the Human Resources Manager and the Nurse Recruiter/Employee Relations Specialist where I partnered with nursing leaders to strategize, recruit, and screen talent. As the Human Resources Director I continue to work with Leadership and the Human Resources Team on Talent Acquisition functions, representing Beloit Health System at events and in the community, while supporting a diverse mix of other Human Resources functions and responsibilities including compensation management, benefits administration, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and investigation.Throughout my career my work has focused on Human Resources, Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Career Advising, and Workforce Solutions. At Alden Park Strathmoor, as a Business Office Manager/HR Manager I managed the Employee Recognition, Payroll, Compliance, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, and more for 140+ employees. While at Kelly Services as Sr. District Manager, I partnered with local employers on workforce solutions including buildout of customized solutions and recruitment/retention plans, while managing up to 5 locations. At Rasmussen College for eight years in Career Services, my last position was Director of Career Services which afforded me the opportunity to work with campuses in several states, support nationwide initiatives, and to provide guidance and departmental expertise to the Career Services team working with students and graduates.In addition to my work experience, I have participated in the March of Dimes, Golden Apple, Rock House Kids, and numerous other organizations.
