The goals set were to best position SCA, to attract the target markets and achieve clients marketing objectives. The internship also included hours in the producer’s department on the morning shows for B105 & Triple M. This included taking callers, organising promotional run sheets, air checks, and pre-show planning. This was effective by my proficient use of the social media software "Sprout Social", which allowed us to post to numerous pages and gain insights the effectiveness of campaigns. I performed audits on ticket and merchandise pricing, and presented factual documents to the Customer and Brand manager on which items are in higher demand, what creates more value for their brand and where they are sitting in comparison to competitor. I worked onsite at Brisbane Bullets games managing the social media content for the Nissan Arena. This included capturing creative and engaging content live throughout the games. Throughout the internship my involvement in boardroom meetings meant I had input in the planning and discussions regarding building brand awareness. I helped find grants and funding to support the organisation.
