-Marketo power user-Marketo team leader-Responsible for all marketing operations initiatives in Marketo-Manage and maintain sync between Marketo and Salesforce to ensure successful data sync, lead assignment, and workflow rules-Manage two full-time remote team members to help execute new marketing ops programs including paid advertising, content syndication, nurtures, content, & others-Train new Sales hires on the marketing ops processes on a monthly basis-Train Marketing team members on how to use Salesforce and Terminus for campaign and marketing attribution reporting -Lead weekly meetings with the Sales Operations team to facilitate specific requests to execute marketing campaigns, implement new processes, and improve marketing/sales alignment-Integrate and manage third-party tools with Marketo including PFL, Sigstr, Terminus, GoToWebinar, ON24, Sendoso, G2, LinkedIn/Facebook Adbridge, and Zoominfo-Retired our team's use of Pardot and consolidated all workflows within Marketo-Conduct quarterly audits of existing programs and processes with the end goal of implementing changes that improve database hygiene/standardization, email deliverability, lead scoring/MQL, etc.-Manage our weekly Enterprise prospect/customer email calendar and work with various stakeholders to send out relevant content to our database-Collaborate with various internal stakeholders on the product and acquisition team to launch test campaigns to increase conversion rates on the website and new lead gen channels-Sync up on a quarterly basis with all of our vendor contacts to ensure we're leveraging the latest features of the product for Marketo, Sigstr, Terminus, Zoominfo, Salesforce-Assist in evaluating new tech tools to identify if/how the tool would complement our existing MarTech stack
