By evaluating the business practices and products of participating brands, and allowing those that qualify to become solo* members, solo* provides consumers with objective, third-party verification of brands and products in a new industry that is still difficult for consumers to navigate.Founded in December 2017, and with offices in Boston, New York, and Los Angeles, solo* united a team with backgrounds in finance, industry, branding, and medical research to generate a technology that focuses on bringing greater quality and transparency to the cannabis industry.

I was recruited to GRACE to amplify messaging for several initiatives, and increase program awareness. As the creative lead for multiple sustainability programs and campaigns, I developed and deployed creative marketing initiatives and communication projects. I was a key collaborator and resource for third-party partners, businesses, academic institutions, community organizations, and governmental channels. A wide range of initiatives included programming and designing branded experiences and event wayfinding systems, conceiving integrated marketing communications, strategizing and developing print, online and social media messaging. Duties also included hosting and mentoring at hackathons, collaborating on tweet chats and KLOUT campaigns, developing blog posts, as well as presenting at events and community outreach efforts.
