Responsible for all aspects of company operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Job duties including (but not limited to) • Provide administrative support to President/Owner• Maintain and process shipping and receiving of inventory• Process all accounts payable and payroll for all employees and sub-contractors• Process required tax reports monthly• Plan and coordinate on-site and field meetings• Schedule and coordinate installations and service calls• Primary point of contact and liaison between management, personnel, clients and vendors• Use Quick Books to pay bills, manage receivables, and process payroll• Research new and innovative products as solutions for challenging projects• Research, price, and purchase office supplies and materials used for installs• Develop and maintain work processes and procedures, document control and record keeping• Generated quotes based on customer specifications• Managed supplies and purchase orders to keep inventory low and capital available

• Assist CFO with processing of accounts payable, accounts receivables, sales renewals, bank deposits, bank reconciliations, and purchasing in an accurate and timely manner of other related activities • Responsible for new hires – HR and recruit work• Established and maintain highly confidential company files• Coordinate large trade shows and other events• Manage sales orders and new software releases• Participate in activities that support the management functions of the company• Supervise front office personnel• Manage overall administrative activities for the office

• Responsible for handling multi-client incoming and outgoing mail• Operate multi-line Infinity Telephone Agent Switchboard• Document creation for a variety of clients and business types• Prepare, set up, and book meeting rooms

• Responsible for daily shipping using the UPS Customer Technology Program• Conducted inspections on all incoming raw materials • Worked with suppliers to evaluate quality assurance• Handled invoices, drafting of weekly production reports, and all correspondence• Logged sales orders daily into AS-400 system• Inventoried finished product, and logged returned product and scrap material into AS-400 system
