I am a Consulting Program Manager with over 25 years of experience in delivering complex and challenging technology projects and programs across various industries and domains. I have a MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice, a PGCert in Project Management, and certifications in PRINCE2, ITIL, and MSP. I have just finished an engagement with the MoJ focused on changing the way their Security Operations Center operated and the tooling it used:- SOC Development: Mapping the as is mode of operation and defining the future operating model, and leading a team of Business and End User analysts and Service and Security Architects to identify and engage with the internal SOC teams and wider MoJ stakeholder groups to define what the SOC (AS IS) currently does and how it can be shaped to deliver the MoJ's security needs (TO BE).SOC Tooling—Management and delivery of the end-to-end engagement with Palo Alto to implement the SOC's new tool of choice for security monitoring and threat analysis, XSIAM. Prior to the MoJ I worked with the NHS as a Decommissioning Portfolio Manager, where I was tasked with bringing a program that had failed to deliver and was reporting Red back on track. In the first three months, I shut down 27 applications with an annual saving of £1.6 million PA and identified another £900k in actionable savings.Previously, I have led successful programs such as a global electronic secure perimeter rollout, a data centre exit, and a migration to Azure. I have a proven track record of delivering business benefits through technology change, using my skills and expertise in infrastructure, cloud, data, and security.
