Homage delivers home and community-based care to seniors and adults in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, connecting clients with Care Professionals via its mobile app. During my time at Homage, I:• Crafted SEO-optimized, on-brand content for Homage's website, Resource Hub, eDMs, drip marketing campaigns and social media channels to generate leads and drive conversions. In this role, I created content for various audiences, including families of care recipients and Care Professionals.• Developed social media strategies and managed Homage's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), driving organic engagement and growth.• Created and curated content for Homage’s Telegram community for Singapored-based nurses (https://t.me/singaporenurses), leading to a 71.2% increase in subscribers within one year and a 50% increase in engagement.• Collaborated cross-functionally with internal and external teams to establish project timelines and communications for the launch of Homage's partnership with Singlife.• Developed playbooks that outlined core content pillars and best practices for email and TikTok marketing efforts.• Designed images and infographics for web articles and social media posts.
