- Assist the main Site Superintendent with day to day operations of the site.- Primary contact for the project safety program, carry out hazard assessments and bi-weekly safety meetings with trades.- Primary contact for project correspondence/management with the contractors, consultant, and owner.- Maintain high familiarization with the project documents and update as-built drawings.- Monitor job progress with weekly site pictures.- Create deficiency lists.- Review and process RFI’s, CCO’s, CO’s, & SI’s.- Review and submit shop drawings to the consultant for approval.- Manage and monitor project mobilization submissions and closeout procedures - Review monthly progress claims submitted by contractors.- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes on a weekly basis for job and coordination meetings.- Monthly preparation of budget schedule for the owner outlining changes to contract amounts resulting from change orders.- Update and maintain FTP website for the project.- Management of purchase orders using Jonas program and primary liaison with Accounting department - Review geotechnical test reports

I work closely with the Development Officer and Building Inspector, ensuring that applications and building plans are in compliance with the National Building Code of Canada as well as the Development Bylaw. In addition, I maintain general clerical organization, attend meetings and take minutes, process fee payments and assist clients with applications.
