As a Field Director at Bright Horizons, I support the quality and operations of multiple early care and education centers in the region, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, accreditation criteria, Pyramid Model Standards, and curriculum guidelines. I have more than 12 years of experience leading, managing, and coaching educators, administrators, and support staff, as well as facilitating professional development workshops and events.My passion is to create and sustain positive learning environments for children and adults, that foster holistic development, experiential education, and practical social/emotional competence. I have an Associate’s degree in Family and Human Development, a Bachelor's of Science with an emphasis in Human/Child Development and Family Life Education from Utah State University, and I am pursuing a Master’s of Education in Educational Technology and Instructional Design. I have expertise in: upholding government standards and licensing procedures, NAEYC, NAC and NECPA accreditation standards, quality assurance, data collection/analysis, coaching and mentoring, event planning, public speaking, project management, early childhood consultation, Reggio inspired learning, behavior analysis and practical/innovative solutions for managing behavior, and early childhood environmental design. I am a storyteller extraordinaire who loves to share and listen to stories that inspire, connect, and educate.
