I am a designated, passionate Safety professional with over 13 years of progressive experience in multiple industries with a focus on, but not limited to: safety training, hazard assessment, incident investigation, emergency management, program development and general team management. I have extensive education in Occupational Health and Safety, Emergency Management and Adult and Continuing Education. I successfully obtained my Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation in 2014 and maintain a good standing. I am the Chair of the NAIT Advisory Board for the OHS Diploma program, where we help provide industry expectations and feedback to grow the diploma program. My career focus is now acting as a subject matter expert as a Safety Trainer to develop and deliver industry leading and extensive training for end users. My goal is to make safety interesting and relevant for everyone to help foster a strong and engaged and open safety culture.
