The majority of my past position was spent managing and coordinating email campaigns sent to segmented end-user lists, prospective customer lists, and also dealer lists. As the administrative assistant, I was responsible for scheduling services using a traditional CRM software. I handled customer complaints and worked as a liason between the office and the crews. I gained great phone communication skills through the 30-50 calls I had a day.

Working at Macy's helped develop my great customer service skills. I learned the psychographic and demographic characteristics of Macy's core customers and how that valuable information supported the store's marketing.
