Here's what I'm most proud of:- led the Council's £50m Way We Work programme, involving new council offices and a whole new set of working practices- delivered new schools through leading the Council's £120m education capital programme, - built a new £3m library and community centre, - driven over £500k per annum savings in the Council's purchasing of project resources, - identified where all office-based staff will be located through a major strategic exercise,- expanded the Council's transformation programme to resolve the Council's £81m funding gap from 2016 to 2020.

What I'm most proud about:• Built a high-performing transformation team, including subject matter experts, project managers and organisational change managers• Delivered some of the most complex projects, such as creating a centralised Business Support Service, which is on track to deliver £1.1m savings per annum.• Delivered a number of critical, internal consultancy assignments, such as successfully bidding for £1.4m of central government Transformation Challenge Award funding, and developing the Better Care Fund submission.• Identified what the Council needed to do to start building homes again - something it hadn't done in decades.

Managed a team of consultants and personally responsible for an annual sales target of £220k, contributing £1.1m to the sales pipeline and leading projects worth over £250k each year.
