• Serve as part of the Campus Living Leadership Team managing the day-to-day operations of 23 Campus Living Communities, creating consistency in staffing, operations, facilities, and crisis response• Directly oversee operations for an area of four to six residence halls housing 1,800 to 3,200 residents• Supervise, train, and evaluate four to seven full-time Campus Living Community Coordinators and indirectly supervise one to three Campus Living Community Graduate Assistants and 45-60 Community Assistants• Serve in Manager On-Call crisis response rotation, providing consultative and support to graduate and full-time professional on-call staff.• Advise CLCCs in personnel, student behavior, familial, facilities, and conduct questions and concerns• In conjunction with Assistant Director team, develop, implement, and assess the Community Engagement Framework, a community-building model used in all CLCs. • Consult on emergent and ongoing student issues with Counseling Services, NAU Police, Equity and Access, and the Dean of Students area• Approve expenditures for hall budgets, RHA, NRHH, and Campus Living initiatives and committees totaling upwards of $200,00 annually• Assist in implementing staff and student assessments to measure the success of departmental initiatives, campus culture, and staff performance, and report to university stakeholders. • Apply planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating skills and knowledge of employee regulations, policies, and procedures, including delivering formal feedback, planning work, motivating employees, resolving conflicts, and addressing performance issues.• Establish and maintain partnerships with campus and community partners through individual relationships and serving on university task forces and selection committees. • Collaborate with Facility Coordinators to identify facility improvements, respond to facility-related emergencies, and maintain superb living environments and resources for on-campus students.

- Advise executive board of 8 student leaders from schools in the intermountain region (Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada).- Work annually with two conference host sites, providing context, financial guidance and regional understanding.- Work collaboratively with the Regional NRHH Advisor to support numerous projects and initiatives.- Network with seven other Region's advisors to provide enhanced support and understanding to student leaders serving in unique roles.- Provide ongoing developmental opportunities for campus RHA and NRHH advisors at conferences and digitally throughout year.- Serve as corporate card holder and help to oversee a budget of $27,000.- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed including regional, NACURH and school policies.
