Open To Developing Remote Engineering Sites Or Technology Product Development Leadership Positions.
CurrentAfter leaving Hayward (along with several managers and executives) I am pursuing several paths of great interest, one being a proposal to found a remote engineering facility having a well coached, empowered and collaborative social culture closely connected to my alma mater - URI Dept of Engineering. This new-graduate talent pipeline model is one I have explored by connecting to and mentored many college engineering students via sponsorship of senior capstone engineering projects. Please contact me if interested in seeing the draft proposal. Another exploration is a deep-dive concept validation of the application of machine-learning AI technology toward a self-help content publishing platform via a mobile app UI for teenagers. A social networking concept focused on problem solving, coaching and social skills development, this approach seeks to connect the lessons from established authors to teenagers who are learning how to live better. This topic excites me greatly and will be a continued interest, but will take time. I would be especially excited to continue the Advanced Engineering role of vetting future technologies and IP development as this is my favorite problem solving design work that succeeds best with immersion into the customer's lives and intentions. I am open to established-team Product Engineering leadership positions as they are always interesting and engaging, yet I have particularly enjoyed the department building positions I have held, and would be pleased to support such growth initiatives again, especially embedded software driven mechanical and electronic sensing and control systems.
