As the Procurement Specialist on our Global Strategic Sourcing team I focused on our Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) initiatives, categorizing our spend for Scope 3 calculations, creating and maintaining relationships with supply chain to reach our near term and long term goals, while maintaining internal website and internal communication for all procurement channels

As the Purchaser and Accountant, I standardized our international shipping process, led implementation and integration of new software tool, and was responsible for monthly inventory reconciliation. I maintained high standards of customer service, streamline processes, while trying to create an inclusive environment.

As the Community Liaison, I designed and implemented a marketing plan to raise awareness of our programs. I also collaborate with various organizations and community members to organize events that best fits our community needs.

My responsibilities included planning and promoting programs that will better the students' experience in the Chapman community.

My job as an AVID tutor was to close the education gap. I did this by providing high school students the resources to go to a four year college. I did this by tutoring them, helping them with college applications, scholarship applications, providing them with college options, and providing them with emotional support.

Connected the youth services to the Board of Directors, managed all high school Red Cross Clubs in Orange County, help create new clubs at high schools, over saw all youth services activities, and help promote youth services activities.

At THINK Together, I had the opportunity to help with volunteer management and outreach, implement new school programs, help the non-profit expand into San Diego and Inland Empire, help market this organization to businesses around to gain support, and created promotional items.
