Building routes based on the amount of pickup stops a driver will have at the end of the day and adding delivery stops to store routes in the master dispatch system. Making adjustments according to forecasted volume and calculations, and then more adjustments based on actual volume as feeder trailer are unloaded to optimize routes for customers and drivers. Problem solving based on staffing, changes in volume, equipment malfunction, and other factors. Staffing and training the preload operation, which unloads trailers and loads delivery vehicles, and overseeing part-time operations and office supervisors. Scheduling drivers and assigning equipment to routes with assistance of the on road supervisor. Using the various computer systems to devise more efficient routes based on volume trends, fixing address matching problems and creating address aliases to ensure accurate scanning of all packages.Trained as a Designated Responder for chemical spills, trainer of other Designated Responders, performed audits of Hazardous Waste and readied barrels for pickup. Also performed SPCC audits, safety audits, and various facility audits.
